What are your body butters made with?
Cold-pressed shea and mango butters whipped with jojoba and grape seed oils. Every jar is made by hand in Canada from clean, natural ingredients, and is free from parabens, sulphates and synthetic dyes.
How do I use the body butter?
Warm a small amount between your palms until it melts, then massage into clean, slightly damp skin, focusing on drier areas. A little goes a long way, so start small.
Can I use this during all seasons?
Yes. The whipped texture absorbs quickly in warmer months and gives richer, longer-lasting moisture through dry winter weather.
Are your products scented?
Our scented butters are lightly fragranced with pure essential oils, like lemongrass and grapefruit. If you prefer no scent, our Unscented butter is fragrance-free and made for sensitive skin.
What skin types are your body butters suitable for?
All skin types, including sensitive skin. For the most reactive skin, we recommend the fragrance-free Unscented butter.
Why do you use refined butters?
Refined shea and mango butters give a smoother, more consistent whip and a clean, neutral base, so the natural scent (or no scent) comes through and the texture stays silky.
How should I store my body butter?
Keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Because it's made from natural butters, it can soften in heat; if it does, move it somewhere cool and it will firm back up.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Because our products are handmade and natural, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If there's ever an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Do you test on animals?
Never. Amaria is proudly cruelty-free, and none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
