Shipping & Returns
We whip and pack every order by hand within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
Free standard shipping is included on all Canadian orders over $75. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within Canada only, and we hope to offer international shipping in the future.
If something arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your Amaria ritual. If you are not happy, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to return
Email hello@amariabeauty.ca with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept opened products unless they arrived faulty. If there is a problem with your butter, please reach out and we will always do our best to help.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We only collect the information we need to process your order and give you a good experience, such as your name, contact details and delivery address.
How we use your information
We use your details to fulfil orders, respond to your questions and, if you opt in, to send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted partners who help us run the shop, such as our payment and shipping providers, and only as needed to complete your order.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate and up to date.
Products
Our body butter is made from natural ingredients, so slight variations in colour, texture and scent between batches are normal and part of the handmade process.
Pricing and orders
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to update prices and to decline or cancel an order where needed, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.
